Great View & Friendly Staff! Location was perfect for my business meetings, being close to all the action in the heart of the town, on the lake promenade. The lake view from my room was stunning, and it was particularly enjoyable to watch the sunset from my balcony. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed to get around the town.
No Air conditioning & Small rooms. Unfortunately, the absence of Air conditioning made it uncomfortable to sleep on a hot summer day.

The lake view was amazing and being close to the city center was so convenient for exploring. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the cozy and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel lobby.
Our stay during Christmas time was marred by the lack of adequate heating in the rooms. The temperature was uncomfortably cold, and the blankets provided were not warm enough. Additionally, the walls were thin, and we could hear the noise from other rooms and the street outside. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. although the hotel had its positive aspects, the lack of proper heating during winter made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay.
